License and purchase terms

Seller: TAG Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L26000454970), doing business as Query me. Contact support@queryme.app. Checkout is currently unavailable; these terms describe the intended baseline and will govern only when presented and accepted with the exact Starter offer.

1. What is being licensed

The free Query me bootstrap and paid Query me Starter are downloadable files and instructions. They are not hosted services and create no Query me account, login, subscription, or right to future products. A license permits use of the delivered package; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of Query me product materials. Your own facts and files remain yours.

2. License by offer

Free Query me bootstrap: A deliberately minimal DIY reference distributed from its own repository under its included license. It may be used for the licensee’s own personal or internal work, but may not be represented, repackaged, or resold as an official Query me product.
Query me Starter: $19 once: A digital, AI-guided self-setup package licensed to one purchaser for personal or internal use. It does not include one-on-one installation, redistribution, a managed account, ongoing administration, or a future-product entitlement.
QMDrive and QMForge: In development and not yet licensed, sold, downloadable, deployable, reservable, or included with Starter. No future access, upgrade, date, or price is promised.

3. No redistribution

You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, or provide paid Starter package files to another person or organization. A purchaser may keep reasonable private backups and edit their installed live memory for their own use. The separate free bootstrap is governed by the narrower license included in its repository.

4. Your information remains yours

Query me does not take ownership of the facts, documents or other content you put in storage you control. You decide what to store, connect, share, retain, back up or remove. Your use of Google Drive and any AI service remains subject to those providers’ terms, permissions and data practices.

5. Compatibility, providers, and changes

AI products, storage providers, permissions, and connectors can change without Query me’s control. Only combinations identified as verified for the exact release are represented as tested. Universal compatibility, uninterrupted operation, background automation, speed, and token savings are not promised. A purchase does not include automatic updates, indefinite support, or continued compatibility unless the offer expressly says so.

6. Delivery

When checkout opens, the exact Starter version, supported configurations, included update/support window, and delivery method will be shown before payment. The delivered archive will be versioned and accompanied by a SHA-256 checksum. The purchaser is responsible for downloading it within any stated window and keeping a private backup.

7. Support and refunds

The free bootstrap includes no setup or compatibility support. Starter’s bounded support/update window will be stated before payment and is not a no-questions-asked refund period.

A full refund may be requested before the digital delivery is sent. After delivery, a purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital copy cannot be returned or revoked. Query me will refund or replace an order for non-delivery, materially incomplete or corrupt files, a material mismatch from the product description, or a reproducible issue on a stated supported configuration that is not resolved within the stated support period.

Required consumer rights are not limited. Additional case-by-case goodwill may be offered, but it is not a universal refund promise. A payment provider may make transaction or refund decisions under its own terms; this policy does not bind it.

8. Risk and responsibility

Operation depends on the purchaser’s storage, permissions, device, configured AI agent, and external providers. Purchasers remain responsible for reviewing permissions, keeping backups, deciding what information to expose, and verifying important outputs. Query me does not request passwords, recovery codes, access tokens, unrestricted account access, or private memory exports as part of standard Starter delivery.

9. Future products and shared memory

QMDrive and QMForge remain development work. Team and shared-memory use is out of scope until permission-aware retrieval, explicit promotion, provenance, audit and cross-contamination protections exist. Query me is not accepting a team quote, pilot or deployment through this site.

10. Seller and contact

The contracting party and operator is TAG Labs LLC d/b/a Query me. Questions about the current offers or these terms can be sent to support@queryme.app. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude.
